The Eagles now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jal for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 1.

With the loss, Lovington falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM) to battle the Cavemen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 26. The Cavemen enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
