Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), 23-12 in a league battle.

The Pirates now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Sun Valley for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle on Thursday, March 28. Porter Ridge will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 22-5 league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 5-4.

In their next game, the Wolf Pack clash with the Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle, on Thursday, March 28. Parkwood will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a 4-4 record after their 9-8 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC).
