The Dilley Wolves softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Lytle Pirates to 14 in the Wolves league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Dilley moves its record to 5-19 on the year. The Wolves travel to Natalia (Natalia, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a 3A Region IV District 28 game on Thursday, March 28. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 12-14. Natalia lost 7-6 in their recent league game against Cotulla (Cotulla, TX)

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 28 game, on Thursday, March 28. Lytle will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Owls come into the game with a 3-12 record after their 15-13 league loss to Crystal City (Crystal City, TX).
