McLouth Bulldogs (McLouth, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Doniphan West Mustangs (Highland, KS), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oskaloosa for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. McLouth will battle a Bears squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS). The Bears record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Doniphan West moves to 0-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Valley Falls (Valley Falls, KS) to face the Dragons in a non-league match on Monday, April 1. The Dragons go into the match with a record of 0-0.
