Spectators at Monday's league match between the Meigs County Tigers (Decatur, TN) and the host McMinn Central Chargers (Englewood, TN), witnessed Meigs County's softball squad prevail over McMinn Central by a count of 12-0.

The Tigers now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they host East Hamilton for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 27.

With the loss, McMinn Central moves to 3-4 on the season. The Chargers travel to Roane County (Kingston, TN) to face the Yellowjackets in a 2A District 3 match on Thursday, March 28. The Yellowjackets go into the match with a record of 3-1.
