The Shenango Wildcats (New Castle, PA) baseball trounced the host Aliquippa Quips (Aliquippa, PA), 23-6 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilmington for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 2.
With the defeat, Aliquippa drops to 0-2 on the year. The Quips travel to Northgate (Pittsburgh, PA) to clash with the Flames in a WPIAL 2A 2 challenge on Monday, March 31. The Flames go into the challenge with a record of 2-5.
