In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Clay Center Tigers baseball team scored a nice 18-0 victory over the Riley County Falcons.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Burlington (Burlington, KS). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Burlington defeated Anderson County (Garnett, KS), 8-0, in a league game.
Next, the Falcons face the Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Riley County will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
