In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Collinsville Cardinals baseball team scored a nice 16-1 win over the Edison Eagles.
The Cardinals (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Rejoice Christian (Owasso, OK). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 5-11 record. In their last game, Rejoice Christian was overwhelmed by Oklahoma Union (South Coffeyville, OK), 10-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Eagles play the Salina Wildcats (Salina, OK) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Edison will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 8-3 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Commerce (Commerce, OK).
