Texas High School Baseball - Jim Ned defeats Sweetwater

The Jim Ned Indians baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Sweetwater Mustangs to 2 in the Indians league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they host Grape Creek for a 3A Region I District 6 test on Friday, March 28. Jim Ned will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 13-0 league loss to Wall (Wall, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Sweetwater drops to 7-9 on the year. The Mustangs travel to San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 3A Region I District 6 test on Friday, March 28.
