North Carolina High School Baseball - South Lenoir wallops Kinston

March 25, 2025: Deep Run, NC 28525

In Tuesday's league game, the host South Lenoir Blue Devils baseball team scored a nice 22-4 win over the Kinston Vikings.

The Blue Devils (8-1) will now prepare for their game against North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC). The Hawks go into the East Central 2A game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, North Lenoir knocked off C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC), 9-8, in a non-league game.

Next, the Vikings play the James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC) in a East Central 2A game, on Thursday, March 27. Kinston will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Tigers go into the game with a 2-5 record after their 12-2 league loss to East Duplin (Beulaville, NC).
