Virginia High School Baseball - West Springfield edges Lake Braddock

March 25, 2025: Burke, VA 22015

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) and the host Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), saw West Springfield's baseball team gain a win over Lake Braddock by a tally of 7-4.

The Spartans (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against South County (Lorton, VA). The Stallions enter the Patriot battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, South County held off Fairfax (Fairfax, VA), 5-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Bruins face the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a Patriot battle, on Friday, March 28. Lake Braddock will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 8-7 league loss to West Potomac (Alexandria, VA).
