The Marion Scarlet Hurricanes (Marion, VA) baseball the host Northwood Panthers (Saltville, VA), 7-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Scarlet Hurricanes now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. Marion will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Auburn (Riner, VA). The Rebels record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Northwood drops to 2-3 on the year. The Panthers host Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. The Titans go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Twin Springs lost 18-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Lee (Jonesville, VA)
