In Tuesday's league game, the host New Home Leopards baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Sundown Roughnecks.

The Leopards (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Morton (Morton, TX). The Indians enter the 2A Region I District 4 game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Morton was overwhelmed by Tahoka (Tahoka, TX), 14-4, in a league game.

Next, the Roughnecks face the Ropes Eagles (Ropesville, TX) in a 2A Region I District 4 game, on Saturday, March 29. Sundown will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 20-6 record after their 25-0 league win over Seagraves (Seagraves, TX).
