The Pebble Hills Spartans baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Socorro Bulldogs to 4 in the Spartans league win on Tuesday.

The Spartans now hold a 10-12 record. They take the field next when they host Eastlake for a 6A Region I District 1 test on Friday, March 28. Pebble Hills will play a Falcons team coming off a 15-14 league loss to Franklin (El Paso, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 10-11.

With the defeat, Socorro drops to 9-11 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Coronado (El Paso, TX) to play the Thunderbirds in a 6A Region I District 1 test on Friday, March 28. The Thunderbirds go into the test with a record of 17-6. Coronado won 10-6 in their recent league test against Eastwood (El Paso, TX)
