North Carolina High School Baseball - West Cabarrus loses to South Iredell

The West Cabarrus Wolverines baseball squad (Concord, NC), was overwhelmed 12-1 in Tuesday's league contest with the host South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC)

With the triumph, South Iredell moves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 26. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 11-2. East Rowan won 1-0 in their recent league contest against Robinson (Concord, NC)

The Wolverines now possess a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olympic for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 27. West Cabarrus will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 17-0 league loss to Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
