In Tuesday's league match, the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA), by a count of 3-0.
Next up, the Lancers battle the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a WCAL match, on Thursday, March 27. Saint Francis will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Monarchs enter the match with a 8-0 record after their 3-2 league win over Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA).
The Wildcats (3-12) will now prepare for their match against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA). The Warriors enter the WCAL match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Valley Christian notched a victory over Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA), 3-0, in a league match.
