The Mission Bay Buccaneers triumphed over the visiting Clairemont Chieftains lacrosse team by a tally of 17-4 in Tuesday's league match.

Next up, the Buccaneers confront the Preuss UCSD Tritons (La Jolla, CA) in a City match, on Thursday, March 27. Mission Bay will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.

The Chieftains (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Santana (Santee, CA). The Sultans enter the non-league match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Santana was overwhelmed by El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 16-5, in a non-league match.
