The Callaway Cavaliers soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Jackson Red Devils to 1 in the Cavaliers league victory on Tuesday.

The Cavaliers now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Morgan County for a 2A Region 2 bout on Thursday, March 27. Callaway will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Westside (Macon, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Jackson moves to 1-8 on the year. The Red devils host Rutland (Macon, GA) to play the Hurricanes in a 2A Region 2 bout on Friday, March 28. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Rutland lost 10-0 in their recent league bout against Pike County (Zebulon, GA)
