The Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) soccer overwhelmed the host South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC), 8-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Knights now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to East Rowan for a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Wednesday, March 26. Lake Norman Charter will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Robinson (Concord, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, South Rowan moves to 4-2 on the year. The Raiders travel to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC) to encounter the Falcons in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Friday, March 28. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 2-6. West Rowan won 4-1 in their recent league challenge against Concord (Concord, NC)
