The North Duplin Rebels soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Union Spartans to 1 in the Rebels league victory on Tuesday.

The Rebels now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Rosewood for a Carolina 1A bout on Thursday, March 27. North Duplin will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Union moves to 2-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to play the Wildcats in a Carolina 1A bout on Thursday, March 27. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Hobbton won 9-0 in their recent league bout against Lakewood (Roseboro, NC)
