Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Richmond Raiders (Rockingham, NC) and the host Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC), saw Richmond's soccer squad triumph over Scotland by a count of 9-0.

The Raiders (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Pirates enter the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Lumberton notched a victory over Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC), 6-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Fighting Scots battle the Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC) in a Sandhills 3A/4A battle, on Friday, March 28. Scotland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Bucks enter the battle with a 4-8 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Red Springs (Red Springs, NC).
