In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Hampton Hornets baseball team scored a close 10-4 win over the Stockbridge Tigers.
The Hornets (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Strong Rock Christian nudged Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA), 10-6, in a non-league game.
Next, the Tigers play the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Stockbridge will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Wolverines go into the game with a 13-3 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA).
