Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) and the host Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA), witnessed Amador Valley's lacrosse squad hold off Livermore by a count of 4-3.
The Dons (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dublin (Dublin, CA). The Gaels enter the contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Dublin was nipped by Granada (Livermore, CA), 12-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cowboys meet the Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA) in a contest, on Friday, March 28. Livermore will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 8-4 league loss to Granada (Livermore, CA).
