Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) and the host Irmo Yellow Jackets (Columbia, SC), saw Chapin's soccer squad knock off Irmo by a count of 3-0.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Landsharks enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Oceanside Collegiate Academy tipped North Charleston (North Charleston, SC), 8-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Yellow Jackets battle the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a AAAAA Region 4 battle, on Friday, March 28. Irmo will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Silver Foxes enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 0-0 league River Bluff (Lexington, SC).
