Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) and the host Towers Titans (Decatur, GA), saw Lamar County's soccer squad hold off Towers by a count of 3-2.

The Trojans (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA). The Redskins enter the 1A D-I Area 4 battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Social Circle was edged by Putnam County (Eatonton, GA), 5-4, in a league battle.

Next up, the Titans battle the Jasper County Hurricanes (Monticello, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 4 battle, on Thursday, March 27. Towers will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Hurricanes enter the battle with a 9-4 record after their 11-1 league win over Utopian Academy for the Arts (Ellenwood, GA).
