The Anacoco Indians softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Fairview Panthers to 0 in the Indians non-league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pitkin for a B District 4 battle on Thursday, March 27. Anacoco will confront a Tigers team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Simpson (Simpson, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-12.

With the loss, Fairview moves to 3-4 on the season. The Panthers host Hicks (Leesville, LA) to confront the Pirates in a B District 4 battle on Thursday, March 27. The Pirates come into the battle with a record of 13-2. Hicks won 12-2 in their recent league battle against Elizabeth (Elizabeth, LA)
