The Andrews Mustangs softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Fort Stockton Panthers to 7 in the Mustangs league win on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monahans for a 4A Region I District 3 battle on Friday, March 28. Andrews will confront a Loboes team coming off a 7-1 league win over Seminole (Seminole, TX). The Loboes record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, Fort Stockton moves to 13-12 on the season. The Panthers travel to Greenwood (Midland, TX) to confront the Rangers in a 4A Region I District 3 battle on Friday, March 28. The Rangers come into the battle with a record of 11-12. Greenwood won 10-9 in their recent league battle against Pecos (Pecos, TX)
