The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Atascocita Eagles (Humble, TX) and the visiting Goose Creek Memorial Patriots (Baytown, TX), observed Atascocita's softball team prevail over Goose Creek Memorial by a tally of 9-0.
The Eagles (15-2) will now prepare for their bout against Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 14-2 record. In their last bout, Ridge Point knocked off Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX), 16-1, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Kingwood Mustangs (Kingwood, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 bout, on Friday, March 28. Goose Creek Memorial will attempt to advance on its 17-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 17-2 record after their 9-1 non-league win over College Station (College Station, TX).
