Next, the Cavaliers play the Lebanon Blue Devils (Lebanon, TN) in a 4A District 7 challenge, on Thursday, March 27. Cookeville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 5-1 league win over Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN).

The Wolverines (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Battle Creek (Spring Hill, TN). The Grizzlies enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Battle Creek was routed by Columbia Central (Columbia, TN), 16-0, in a non-league challenge.
