With the triumph, Mescalero Apache upgrades its record to 2-4 on the year. The Chiefs host Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, April 7. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 9-1.

The Coyotes now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Loving for a A/2A District 4 game on Wednesday, April 2.
