El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) followers went home content Tuesday as they witnessed their softball team overcome the visiting Horizon Scorpions (El Paso, TX), 10-0 in a league outing.

The Aztecs now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkland for a 5A Region I District 2 outing on Friday, March 28. El Dorado will encounter a Matadors team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Del Valle (El Paso, TX). The Matadors record now stands at 13-11.

With the loss, Horizon moves to 6-14 on the season. The Scorpions host Americas (El Paso, TX) to encounter the Trail Blazers in a 5A Region I District 2 outing on Friday, March 28. The Trail Blazers come into the outing with a record of 12-13. Americas won 17-2 in their recent league outing against Bel Air (El Paso, TX)
