Kentucky High School Softball - Estill County bounces Owsley County

In Tuesday's league match, the host Estill County Engineers softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls.
The Engineers (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Pirates come into the District 56 match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Powell County was routed by Paris (Paris, KY), 8-7, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Owls / Lady Owls confront the Jackson City Tigers (Jackson, KY) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 27. Owsley County will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 17-1 non-league loss to Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY).
