The Maurepas Wolves triumphed over the visiting Family Christian Flames softball squad by a count of 20-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves play the Denham Springs Yellowjackets (Denham Springs, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Maurepas will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 7-13 record after their 14-4 league loss to St. Amant (St. Amant, LA).
The Flames (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA). The enter the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Madison Prep Academy overcame Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA), 11-0, in a non-league challenge.
