Texas High School Softball - McCamey drops to Forsan

March 25, 2025: McCamey, TX 79752

The McCamey Badgers softball squad (McCamey, TX), was routed 25-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the visiting Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX)

With the triumph, Forsan improves its record to 4-8 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Van Horn (Van Horn, TX) to face the Eagles in a 1A Region I District 5 contest on Friday, March 28. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 0-7. Van Horn lost 21-4 in their recent league contest against Reagan County (Big Lake, TX)

The Badgers now hold a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Ozona for a 2A Region I District 5 contest on Tuesday, April 1. McCamey will face a Lions squad coming off a 12-10 league loss to Wink (Wink, TX). The Lions record now stands at 3-6.
