Texas High School Softball - Itasca bounces Frost

March 25, 2025: Frost, TX 76641

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Itasca Wampus Cats (Itasca, TX) and the host Frost Polar Bears (Frost, TX), observed Itasca's softball team get by Frost by a tally of 26-21.

The Wampus Cats (4-8) will now prepare for their bout against Hico (Hico, TX). The Tigers go into the 1A Region II District 14 bout with a 3-7 record. In their last bout, Hico tipped Meridian (Meridian, TX), 22-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Polar Bears clash with the Italy Gladiators (Italy, TX) in a 1A Region II District 14 bout, on Friday, March 28. Frost will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Gladiators go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 12-1 league win over Itasca (Itasca, TX).
