Washington High School Softball - Mark Morris edges Ridgefield

In Tuesday's league match, the host Mark Morris Monarchs softball team scored a tight 4-2 win over the Ridgefield Spudders.

The Monarchs (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Woodland (Woodland, WA). The Beavers come into the 2A Greater St. Helens match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Woodland by Elma (Elma, WA), 6-5, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Spudders confront the Kelso Hilanders (Kelso, WA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 26. Ridgefield will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Hilanders come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 11-3 non-league loss to Skyview (Vancouver, WA).
