In Tuesday's non-league test, the North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY), by a tally of 10-0.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 27. North Laurel will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Colonels go into the test with a 3-5 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Clay County (Manchester, KY).

The Briar Jumpers (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Golden Lions go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Garrard County was routed by West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 7-5, in a non-league test.
