The Pioneer Valley Panthers softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Orcutt Academy Spartans to 0 in the Panthers league win on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paso Robles for a CCAA - Sunset battle on Thursday, March 27. Pioneer Valley will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Orcutt Academy moves to 2-4 on the season. The Spartans host Templeton (Templeton, CA) to confront the Eagles in a CCAA - Sunset battle on Thursday, March 27. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 5-5. Templeton won 18-2 in their recent league battle against Atascadero (Atascadero, CA)
