With the triumph, Perry Central upgrades its record to 6-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to West Marion (Foxworth, MS) to play the Trojans in a 3A Region 8 game on Thursday, March 27. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 15-0. West Marion won 15-0 in their recent league game against Tylertown (Tylertown, MS)

The Chiefs now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they host Our Lady Academy for a 3A Region 8 game on Thursday, March 27. Tylertown will play a Crescents squad coming off a 23-18 non-league win over Resurrection Catholic (Pascagoula, MS). The Crescents record now stands at 3-11.
