In Tuesday's league match, the host Pioneer Diamondbacks softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial Wolverines.

The Diamondbacks (14-4) will now prepare for their match against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North (Pharr, TX). The Raiders come into the 5A Region IV District 31 bout with a 18-5 record. In their last bout, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North knocked off Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest (Pharr, TX), 13-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Vela Sabercats (Edinburg, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 bout, on Friday, March 28. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial will attempt to advance on its 10-10 season record. The Sabercats go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 6-5 league win over Pioneer (Mission, TX).
