The Show Low Cougars got by the visiting Safford Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 6-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Payson for a 3A East bout on Monday, March 28. Show Low will face a Longhorns team coming off a 14-4 league loss to Blue Ridge (Lakeside, AZ). The Longhorns record now stands at 3-10.
