The De Anza Dons held off the visiting St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Dons now have a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Mary's for a Tri-County test on Tuesday, March 29. De Anza will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-10.

The Bruins (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Marin Catholic was nudged by Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
