The Spotsylvania Knights baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting William Monroe Dragons to 3 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record.
The Dragons (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Turner Ashby was overwhelmed by Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
