California High School Softball - Homestead bounces Prospect

March 26, 2022: Saratoga, CA 95070

The Homestead Mustangs routed the host Prospect Panthers softball squad by a count of 9-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Mustangs (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Westmont was routed by Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA), 12-0, in a non-league battle.

The Panthers now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Willow Glen for a Santa Teresa battle on Tuesday, March 29. Prospect will meet a Rams squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Rams record now stands at 10-2.
