The Sayre Spartans lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the host Henry Clay Blue Devils to 11 in the Spartans league win on Sunday.
The Spartans (8-0) will now prepare for their game against Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY). The Broncos go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Frederick Douglass was tipped by Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY), 10-9, in a non-league game.
The Blue Devils (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Notre Dame Academy (Park Hills, KY). The Pandas go into the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Notre Dame Academy nudged Cooper (Union, KY), 15-4, in a non-league game.
