In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Stanton Buffaloes baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Alpine Bucks.
The Buffaloes (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Tornillo (Tornillo, TX). The Coyotes go into the 3A Region I District 4 game with a 8-7 record. In their last game, Tornillo tipped Crane (Crane, TX), 15-1, in a league game.
