North Carolina High School Baseball - Dixon sneaks past Southwest Onslow

March 26, 2024: Jacksonville, NC 28540

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) and the host Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC), saw Dixon's baseball squad edge Southwest Onslow by a count of 6-5.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the Richlands Wildcats (Richlands, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 27. Dixon will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 2-8 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC).

The Stallions now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Swansboro for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 27. Southwest Onslow will play a Pirates squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 3-4.
