The Kennewick Lions baseball team (Kennewick, WA), was overwhelmed 10-2 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Richland Bombers (Richland, WA)
The Bombers now hold a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hermiston for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia outing on Friday, April 5. Richland will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-8 league loss to Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.
Next, the Lions confront the Chiawana Riverhawks (Pasco, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia outing, on Friday, March 29. Kennewick will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Riverhawks go into the outing with a 4-4 record after their 7-6 league win over Southridge (Kennewick, WA).
