The Salisbury Hornets crushed the host South Davidson Wildcats baseball team by a count of 9-2 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Hornets now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Robinson for a non-league bout on Friday, March 29. Salisbury will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Concord (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.
