The St. Bernard Vikings volleyball team (Playa del Rey, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Verbum Dei Jesuit Eagles (Los Angeles, CA)

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Serra (Gardena, CA). The Cavaliers enter the Santa Fe challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Serra was dropped by St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals (Montebello, CA) in a Santa Fe challenge, on Tuesday, April 9. St. Bernard will attempt to move on its 1-14 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA).
